As a step, it has two different heights. The low-pass setting (20.5 cm / 8 inches) minimizes the impact on the joints. The High Step setting (35.5 cm / 14 inches) meets the challenge of plyometrics.
Raise the adjustable backrest for a weight bench. Choose from 30 °, 45 °, and 70 ° angles. The back supported by steel tubes gives you extra strength for confidence.
In Step and Bench modes, you can enter an incline/descent ramp for added versatility. Deck 2.0 has 16 different layouts. Also, open the folder to store the training tools. It also has resistance tube channels for tube exercises.
